HOW TO EARN POINTS

You earn points through purchases, trade-ins, and profile updates.

SHOPPING: 1 point per 1 £ spent.

ESSENTIALS: Double points on items from our Essentials category.

PROFILE UPDATES: 25 points for adding your birthday or phone number.

If you stay active with at least one purchase within 12 months, your level remains. After 12 months of inactivity, your points reset, and your membership returns to CORE.
