GENERAL
Welcome to MOS MOSH Members, our universe created to celebrate you and your loyalty. By joining MOS MOSH Members, you accept the terms and conditions described below. Membership is completely voluntary and free of charge. As a member, you gain access to exclusive benefits, the opportunity to earn points through engagement, and early access to new collections and special experiences. In your member profile, you can always view your current point balance, any pending points, and your level. You can also update your personal information at any time.

LEVELS & BENEFITS
MOS MOSH Members consists of four levels – CORE, SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM. Your level is determined by your total earned points. As soon as you reach a higher level, your account will be upgraded automatically.

EARNING POINTS

You earn points every time you shop or update your profile.

PURCHASES
You earn 1 point for every 1 £ spent on regular purchases. Purchase points are added to your account 30 days after your order to ensure that points are not awarded for returned items.

ESSENTIALS CATEGORY
Earn double points when purchasing items from our Essentials category.

PROFILE UPDATE
Receive 25 points for completing each of the following: your birthday and phone number. These points are only awarded once per detail. Points from profile updates are added to your account within 24 hours.

BIRTHDAY REWARD
SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM members receive a special birthday gift from MOS MOSH. This gift is added to your account around your birthday month and may vary from year to year.

KEEPING YOUR LEVEL
Your membership level is based on your total earned points. As long as you stay active by shopping within a 12-month period, your level remains unchanged. Each new purchase adds to your total points and automatically extends your active membership period.

POINT VALIDITY AND INACTIVITY
Points in MOS MOSH Members serve to determine your membership level and related benefits. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used as currency. If you do not make a purchase within 12 consecutive months, your account becomes inactive. This means that your membership level and points will be reset to CORE.

MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS
Members will receive emails or other communication about their membership, benefits, and exclusive MOS MOSH content. You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time by following the link in our emails or adjusting your account settings.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Your membership remains valid until further notice. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you can unsubscribe from our newsletters. Your MOS MOSH account will remain active for shopping and order management, but you will no longer receive member communications or updates.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
MOS MOSH reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the MOS MOSH Members program or its Terms and Conditions at any time. If substantial changes occur that affect your membership level or accumulated points, we will notify you in advance.
